  • HandMadeDress.pk is an online store specializing in handmade and embroidered dresses.

2. Eligibility

  • To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have the supervision of a parent/guardian.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or making a purchase.

3. Products & Orders

  • All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product.
  • Colors and embroidery patterns may slightly differ from the images due to photography, lighting, or screen resolution.
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • We make every effort to display accurate pricing; however, errors may occur. In such cases, we will notify you before processing the order.
  • Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, or other available methods displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be mentioned at checkout.
  • Delivery delays due to courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 5-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
  • Exchanges are only accepted if the item is unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags intact.
  • Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective/damaged items.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled.
  • Refunds are only applicable if the product is defective, out of stock, or canceled by us.
  • Store credit may be issued in some cases where refunds are not possible.

  • All content on HandMadeDress.pk—including logos, designs, photos, and text—are the property of HandMadeDress.pk and protected under intellectual property laws.
