Exchange Policy

At HandMadeDress.pk, we take pride in delivering beautifully crafted, high-quality embroidered dresses tailored just for you. While each piece is made with love and care, we understand that sometimes an exchange is needed. Please review the following policy carefully:

1. Exchange Eligibility

  • You may request an exchange within 5 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. The delivery date noted in your

tracking or confirmation email is considered the start date.

  • Only items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, with all labels intact, are eligible.

  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., with specific embroidery, customized sizing) cannot be exchanged, unless they were damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Requesting an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at handembroidereddresses@gmail.com or call us at (+92) 321 622 9754.

  2. Provide your order number, item name, date of delivery, and a brief explanation of why you wish to exchange.

  3. If available, attach a photo to help us understand the issue.

3. Approval and Return Authorization

  • Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and respond—usually within 1–2 business days—with a confirmation and Return Authorization number (RA#).

  • Exchanges without an RA# won’t be accepted, so please wait for our approval before sending anything back.

4. Returning the Item

  • Ship your item back to us within three (3) calendar days of receiving your RA#, at your own expense.

  • Please pack it securely to avoid damage during transit. The RA# must be clearly written on or inside the package.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

5. Receiving Your Exchange

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item (as per our eligibility criteria), we’ll process your exchange promptly.

  • If the requested new item is available, we’ll ship it to you at no additional shipping cost.

  • If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer a suitable alternative or issue a store credit.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items past the 5-day exchange window.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Custom-designed or personalized items (unless damaged or defective).

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery.

  • Provide the order number, details of the defect, and clear photographs.

  • We will waive the return shipping fee and arrange an expedited replacement or repair as applicable.

8. Exchanges vs. Cancellations

  • Exchanges involve sending back an eligible item and receiving another in return.

  • Cancellations are only accepted before an order has shipped; shipping fees may apply if already dispatched. Please refer to our separate Cancellation & Returns Policy for specifics.
